I got the idea around Thanksgiving to make a batch of fruitcake for the holidays. I thought it would be very nice to have Lindsay help me and build some memories for her. My Grandma Jennie had a good recipe for fruitcake that she made and then my mom made when I was young. We gathered all the ingredients and spent the morning baking fruitcake.
